In this lesson from Applied Visual Design on freeCodeCamp we look at the width property. Properties like the width property allows us to set the width of different elements within our page. We learn that we can use different units to represent the width of our elements. There is the absolute value, pixels represented "px". We also learn about relative units. The relative unit they mention is "em" but there is also others such as "rem". These values depend on anothers value. Then there is the percentage unit which will be applied as the percentage of the containing element.
