Lesson Summary

In this freeCodeCamp lesson we look at the url() function. Using the url function as our CSS background value allows us to pass in an image link address to display as a background on the selected element. We are told that it is wise to make the background not stand out more than our foreground, as it will make it harder to see. The url value can cause our page to be transformed completely and utilizing it within sections and divs can seperate your page nicely if done correctly.
