Does it provide exact quotes?

Will it work on a non-WordPress customer site?
Yes. The customer receives an iframe embed snippet that works on most site builders that allow custom HTML.
Where are leads stored?
Contact information is stored in your WordPress database and emailed to the configured recipient. The plugin intentionally excludes name, email, and phone from the text sent to OpenAI.
Can the answers be changed later?
Yes. Business facts, services, exclusions, pricing rules, colors, status, and monthly limits can be changed from the WordPress admin area.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe. Cancellation timing and refund rules are described in the terms.
