AI Receptionist Terms of Service

AI Receptionist Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These terms govern use of the hosted AI receptionist service provided by We Will Code. By purchasing or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. Service

The service provides a hosted website intake form, AI-assisted visitor response, lead summary, WordPress lead storage, email notifications, and an iframe embed. It is an intake aid, not a human call center, emergency service, guaranteed sales channel, booking system, professional advisor, or exact quote engine.

2. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate business facts, monitor lead notifications, review all AI output, maintain a working website and email address, obtain any legally required consent, and ensure that its use of the service complies with advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, accessibility, industry, and record-retention laws.

3. Prohibited use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, deception, emergency dispatch, medical diagnosis, legal advice, credit or employment decisions, high-impact automated decisions, collection of highly sensitive data, or any workflow where an unreviewed AI response could create a material safety risk.

4. AI limitations

Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected text. The customer is responsible for reviewing its business context, testing the widget, and making every final decision about pricing, availability, service eligibility, safety, and customer communication.

5. Subscription, usage, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Plan limits, including monthly lead limits, apply. Unless a written offer states otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase previously stored leads. Stripe may be used to process and manage billing.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features, models, limits, providers, or pricing may change. Material paid-plan changes should be communicated before they take effect when reasonably possible.

7. Customer content and confidentiality

The customer retains responsibility for business facts and customer information it supplies. The provider may process that information only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms. Customers should not submit trade secrets or sensitive information that is unnecessary for intake.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, lead volume, revenue, accuracy, or business results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability related to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
