In this PHP lesson, we go over, Review for Introduction to PHP on Codecademy’s Learn PHP Course, Review Beginner PHP Concepts. This quick lesson sums up some of the key material we wen’t over in the previous lessons. We learned that PHP is still a commonly used language. We we told that PHP is designed in such a way that makes interaction with HTML easy, and allows us to generate dynamic website content. We are told that PHP is embedded in to HTML by using the special PHP opening and closing tags. All PHP statements must end with a semicolon. Remember that whitespace is usually ignored. We were also told that keywords are not case sensitive but it is standard to following naming conventions! Make sure to review the concepts and only move forward when you feel confident in the material we covered thus far!
